Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for three Speech-Language Pathologists to
provide onsite services across multiple school buildings in
Fairfield, CA. This role involves supporting students from Pre-K
through 12th grade, offering comprehensive speech and language
therapy within a dynamic educational environment. The position is
full-time, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy to
students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. Manage caseloads that
vary from 35-40 students for Pre-K to 1st grade, 40-45 students for
K-8th grade, and 50-55 students for K-12th grade. Collaborate with
educational teams across multiple school buildings to develop
individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate
documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Participate
in team meetings and contribute to school initiatives aimed at
enhancing student outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Experience
working within school settings, preferably serving diverse grade
levels from early childhood to high school. Ability to manage
multiple caseloads and work effectively across several buildings.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to
providing onsite services; virtual SLP candidates will not be
considered. Please note, applicants with VOCO SLP or SLPA
credentials are not eligible for this position. Location:
Fairfield, CA Contract Dates: Immediate start through June 5, 2026

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $71.53.
