Job Description Job Description The Hybrid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide essential mental health services through both in-person and virtual formats. This unique position entails conducting client assessments, designing tailored treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions aimed at enhancing emotional and psychological well-being. The ideal candidate is Bilingual Spanish speaking, reading and writing and will have a passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to supporting diverse populations in achieving their personal goals. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a clinical setting. Competence in using digital platforms for telehealth services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients. Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Understanding of cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in therapy practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and families.
