Job Description Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Field Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Field Inspectors across various pre-determined sites throughout New York City. This position is ideal for retired law enforcement professionals with strong leadership skills and a commitment to public safety and operational excellence. The Field Shift Supervisor will be responsible for assigning inspection locations, ensuring team performance aligns with company expectations, and personally responding to emergency situations when they arise. Here is some of what we offer our valued security staff: Weekly pay Internal growth opportunities Flexible scheduling opportunities Employee PERKS program, including discounts on everyday purchases with many of our partners Essential Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of Field Inspectors Communicate expectations and directives from the Manager on Duty Conduct field inspections as needed and ensure quality standards Respond to and manage emergency situations, coordinating appropriate personnel and services Prepare detailed incident and investigation reports Maintain compliance with all company and client policies Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Retired Law Enforcement Professional Valid NYS Armed Security Guard License Ability to legally carry a firearm in all 5 NYC boroughs Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience Valid NY State Driver’s License Associate’s degree or higher Exceptional written communication and report writing skills Ability to use company software for site inspections Must pass company and client background checks, including TWIC clearance Must be able to obtain and maintain FDNY certifications (F-01, F-02, F-03, F-04, P-15, C99) CPR-AED certification is a plus Founded in 1985, Arrow has perfected our approach to high quality security.
