Job Description Job Description Part-Time Bilingual Clinician / MSW / MHC Location: Westchester County, NY Schedule: 21 hours/week (weekday daytime availability required) Language Requirement: English/Spanish Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD) is seeking a compassionate and skilled bilingual clinician (Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor) to join Project IMPACT—a research-based program supporting parents with intellectual or learning disabilities whose children are at risk of foster care placement. WIHD has 30-year partnership with Westchester County DSS supporting child welfare.
