? Assess patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and
conditions to create individualized treatment plans. ? Develop
tailored rehabilitation plans based on patient needs, goals, and
medical conditions. ? Teach and guide patients through exercises to
improve mobility, strength, and function. ? Use various methods
like manual therapy, modalities (heat, cold, electrical
stimulation), and other techniques to alleviate pain. ? Educate
patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and ways to
prevent further injury or pain. ? Regularly track patients'
progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. ? Maintain detailed
records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports
for legal, insurance, and healthcare purposes. The Ideal Candidate:
? Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of
New Jersey ? Strong patient assessment or evaluation skill ?
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
preferred ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability
to develop and implement effective treatment plans ? Commitment to
