(Business Development Center) Representative at KCA Queens, LLC dba
Audi Queens, AQ, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer
engagement and sales growth by managing inbound and outbound
communications with prospective and existing clients. Your primary
objective will be to generate qualified leads, schedule
appointments, and provide exceptional customer service that

a liaison between customers and the dealership’s sales and service
departments, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. This
role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs

outstanding client relations. Minimum Qualifications: High school
diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in customer service or
sales support, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with CRM
software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask
and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience working in a dealership Business
Development Center or similar role. Familiarity with Audi brand
products and services. Additional training or certification in
customer relationship management or sales techniques. Bilingual
abilities to support a diverse customer base. Demonstrated success
in meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment setting
targets. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective
customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for sales and
service departments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer
records in the dealership’s CRM system. Collaborate closely with
sales and service teams to ensure timely follow-up and customer
satisfaction. Track and report on key performance metrics such as
lead conversion rates and appointment setting effectiveness.
Provide detailed product and service information to customers,
addressing questions and concerns to facilitate informed
decision-making. Support marketing initiatives by following up on
campaigns and promotions to maximize customer engagement. Skills:
The required communication skills are essential for engaging
customers clearly and professionally, ensuring their needs are
understood and addressed promptly. Proficiency with CRM software
enables efficient tracking and management of customer interactions,
which is critical for follow-up and reporting. Time management and
multitasking skills allow the representative to handle multiple
inquiries and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
Preferred skills such as knowledge of the Audi brand and bilingual
abilities enhance the ability to connect with a broader customer
