delivered advanced imaging services to more than 850 healthcare
facilities across the country. Position Overview The Director of
Business Development will be responsible for cultivating,
expanding, and managing strong relationships with both new and
existing hospital-based accounts across the Eastern U.S. This role
plays a critical part in driving growth by onboarding new
customers, enhancing existing partnerships, and increasing patient
access to Cardiac PET services within hospital systems. Success in
this role includes strengthening customer relationships,
influencing key decision-makers, and expanding the utilization of
CDL Nuclear technologies, resulting in improved clinical outcomes
and increased profitability for our partner facilities. This
position requires a strong network within the GPO/IDN hospital
sector, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the
ability to create long-term collaborative partnerships.
Responsibilities Develop, foster, and maintain strong relationships
with customers to support long-term mutual business goals. Leverage
interpersonal and negotiation skills to secure new agreements with
customers, including key IDNs and GPOs. Manage and grow
relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Enhance customer
experience by proactively promoting CDL’s offerings and value
proposition. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize
profitability. Strengthen and expand existing customer agreements.
Oversee implementation of contract terms and manage accounts
throughout their duration. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
and provide support with escalated issues as needed. Ensure timely
and successful delivery of CDL solutions aligned with customer
needs. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings consistent with
company standards. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to
implement strategies for new products and services. Stay informed
on internal and external industry developments and identify
opportunities to improve customer productivity. Develop a deep
understanding of the CDL business model and customer performance
metrics. Perform additional duties as required; job
responsibilities may change at any time. Qualifications BA/BS in
Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred. Ability
to travel up to 75%. 3–5 years of experience with CRM systems
(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office. 3–5 years of
experience delivering client-focused solutions in a sales-related
role. 3–5 years of clinical-based sales and negotiation experience.
Prior experience working within the IDN/GPO marketplace. Proven
ability to negotiate and meet client requirements. Self-driven,
independent, and highly motivated. Excellent analytical,
