Superior Fence & Rail Suffolk is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. Paid training. Laptop and phone provided after the training period is completed. Gas card provided between 30-90 days after the training period has been completed. The territory for this position is Suffolk and Eastern Nassau and the surrounding area; so the candidate needs to live in this area. Job Responsibilities · Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training · Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products · Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up · Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals Minimum Requirements: · 3 - 5 years of prior outside sales experience · 2 - 3 years of In-Home sales experience (preferred) · College degree in a related field (preferred) · Ability to work some weekends and evenings · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong presentation and listening skills · Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors · Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude · Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite) · Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation Benefits: · Company Provided Phone, Laptop, vehicle and gas card The Superior candidate will: · Be polished and professional in demeanor and possess previous outside sales experience · Have strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission Superior Fence & Rail is the largest fence contractor in the country, with over Ninety branch locations in the United States.
