Front Desk SalesStretchLab White Plains, NY -is currently
seeking a high energy, wellness minded and self motivated
individual to support the continued growth of the studio and
customer base. -The ideal person -will support -all in-studio
functionality including:
Sales: Member retentionSales: assist
and support the studio -with external sales efforts including
grassroots new member initiatives, brand awareness, corporate and
private function sales.Sales: Retail Studio operations: phones,
email, textREQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of retail sales experience a
plusAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio
ownerExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in
person, on the telephone and in writing.Ability to excel in a fast
changing, diverse environment.Ability to recognize areas of
improvement and make changes using good judgment.Solid writing and
grammar skills.Highly organized, proficient in data management,
ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Professional, punctual,
reliable and neat.Strong attention to detail and
accuracy.Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential and
sensitive information.Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers,
clients and the general public.Proficiency with computers and
studio software.DUTIES
Assist with lead generation -and
studio day to day management centralized at the studios's front
desk.Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensure -that studio
retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsAbility
to learn and effectively utilize -ClubReady Point of Service
SystemIndependently make decisions related to high level customer
serviceCollect outstanding duesMaintain organization of the fitness
studioEnforce StretchLab policies and proceduresEnsure all forms,
administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and
visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and
studio promotionsAssist the studio -in marketing campaigns to
generate leads for the studioAny other duties as
assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
This position offers a very
competitive hourly rate, based on experience &
performance.Commission paid on salesOpportunity to bonus, based on

Our team currently has -2 open
locations in Westchester County, New York (Mt. Kisco and White
Plains) with a plan to open 1 additional studio(s) in the area. We
are also looking opportunistically at other brands to add to our
