Client Service Specialist / ConciergeResponsible for providing a great online shopping experience for customers. Providing exemplary white glove service to customers in their journey in finding the perfect diamond, engagement ring and/or jewelry. The concierge assists with additional tasks including, but not limited to, clientele, repair & exchange processing, in person appointments.The Client Service Specialist (CSS) role is a dynamic client facing role. There are four broad categories of responsibilities: Client Facing -- The CSS regularly meets with clients whether they call in or walk into the office. The CSS becomes an expert at helping clients find the perfect diamond, engagement ring and/or jewelry for them by both taking leadership and solving issues and/or finding the appropriate department within Ritani to solve the issues. Client issues can range from changing finger size, repair processing, unavailable diamonds needing replacements. Candidates should thrive on project management, helping people, and persevering until items are solved. Back Office -- The CSS is vital to ensuring the office operates smoothly. This includes scheduling appointments for customers, following up post orders with customers and creating relationships. Timely responses and communicating with customers, answering their questions within 24 hrs. Business Development -- Partnering with the organization and advocating for consumers. You are the front line of the company, and you must bring issues to the table that the marketing and development teams can help solve. Reaching out to abandoned carts and offering advice, input and suggestions to help drive sales. Sales -- This role is focused on driving conversions and ensuring that the clients we encounter leave with an item they want and most importantly an experience that they are happy with. You will be required to reach out to customers who have not purchased - whether it be by phone or email. Flawless Execution Maintain a clean and organized job lead board, inbox and ensure clear communication within your internal teams.Follow company policies and procedures to ensure that we are all providing the same exemplary service.Assist your colleagues in shift coverage, customer sharing and other clerical items that may come up throughout the day. Provide a Great Customer Experience Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.Process transactions quickly and accurately reducing the customers wait time.Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise and determine resolution or escalate further - communicate all issues and resolutions to Store Management.Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor. Essential Qualifications Education: High School or EquivalentYears of Experience: 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 monthsluxury retail sales experienceProficient in the use of technologyMeets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications (skills and abilities) Previous retail experience preferredJewelry experience a plusGIA certified a plusCustomer service skills and ability to interact with customersStrong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associatesDemonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Ritani Operating Hours - Flexible Schedule a must availability for night shifts and Sunday's.
