Job Description Job Overview: This position is an entry level
individual contributor, occasionally requiring work outside of
typical 40 working hours per week. The position is based at the
Miller Proctor Nickolas, Inc. headquarters in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
This position is an internal sales representative in the
Aftermarket Parts and Service area of the company. The primary
function of this role is to support the field service and crew
teams in quoting parts and service for opportunities which arise
during the normal course of our service and cleaning business. In
this role, you will be responsible for supporting the customer in
quickly deciding the complexity of a part or service opportunity.
The more complex opportunities will be logged and communicated to
the Aftermarket Service Sales Engineer for quotation. The
non-complex opportunities will be logged and quoted in a timely
fashion by the Internal Sales Representative. This role will
additionally have individual responsibility for forwarding new
product sales opportunities to the sales team. This role will have
a secondary responsibility in assisting in the Service Invoicing
process. If non-complex project opportunities are not available,
this role will work with the service team to gather the necessary
background data required to invoice for service jobs / service
tickets. -- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor --
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Key
Responsibilities: -- Assume the responsibility of receiving and
sorting incoming service and parts opportunities with attention to
credibility -- Manage the status of opportunities and costs and
identify inconsistencies -- Issue and post bills, service tickets
and invoices -- Check the credit of customer accounts and apply
accordingly to quotations -- Update accounts receivable database
with new accounts or missed payments -- Ensure all clients remain
informed on their quote status, outstanding debts and deadlines --
Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients Report on
billing activity with clear and reliable data Company Description
