Responsibilities: Brand Representation: Providing a personalized shopping experience for each potential prospect. Must be proficient with product knowledge and capable of brand education. Customer Retention: Problem solving and handling any customer escalations for new and current prospects. Execute Sales and New Customer Acquisitions: Analyzing sales metrics and following through on client goals and expectations.
