Job description:We're looking for a passionate, growth oriented team player to join our team!The Sales Analyst plays a crucial role in partnering with the Sales Team, developing and updating reports used to analyze and track business performance. As you progress in the role, we're looking for someone who can provide insights to drive growth and better performance.
Responsibilities:Assist in the development/maintenance of reports for business analysis, distributor program recaps, inventory, and goals' achievement. Provide timely and accurate monthly reports along with commentary and recommendations to Executive, Sales and Finance Teams.

  • Creation and update of daily, weekly and monthly reports (depletions, new product trackers, inventory reports, shipments and revenue reports, etc.)
  • Create and maintain distributor scorecards
  • Provide assistance to Director of Sales /Regional Sales Manager with business analysis
  • Collaborate and develop reporting tools to monitor business performance, driving simplification and standardization
  • Prepare monthly Executive Management package with commentary and recommendations
  • Assist in creation of Sales meeting presentations
  • Manage iDig, and KARMA for data accuracy and completeness as well as provide training and onboarding to new team members
  • Analyze iDig and KARMA data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to sales team and management

      Required Education and Experience
      • BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience
      • Preferred Beverage Alcohol Industry or CPG, wine knowledge is a plus
      • Understanding and ability to improve reporting efficiency and forecasting
      • Excellent organizational/project management skills
      • Good communication skills and written skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
        • Able to occasionally travel
