---Commercial Roofing experience is a requirement to be considered---Pay: $75-90k + commissionAuto allowance/vehicle, full benefits, cell phone, tablet etc.We are looking for a top-notch sales person to develop business for Service Department, specifically our preventative maintenance service contract product. Sell to new and existing clients and schedule sales appointments via self-generated leads. Work in a business-to-business setting, covering an assigned territory and build a portfolio of accounts via prospecting and referrals. This position reports to the Operating Unit President.What You Will Be DoingEstimate job costs and submit proposals for reviewUnderstand all processes of job from acquisition to fulfillmentReview and approve invoices, material slips, purchase orders, contracts and proposals to ensure accuracyResponsible for all estimating duties, including but not limited to bids, pricing and change ordersAttend pre-bid meetings and visit job sitesSecure pricing from vendorsDevelop relationships with owners, contractors and suppliersResolve disputes with clientsTrack labor and material costs of jobsWork closely with Service Department representatives, Operations and job Crew LeadersAdditional duties as assignedWhat You Need for this Position" Demonstrated success in sales, a strong record of achievement and a proven ability to achieve results." Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations." 2 5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field" Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone." Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust." Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint and CRM." Roofing experience preferred." Professional sales training methodology, such as Sandler." Knowledge of business and management principles." Well organized, adept at planning work and managing time (supervised and individually)." Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills" Ability to climb ladders and walk/inspect roofs."
