About the jobAbout the Job: This role is focused to deliver an
end-to-end data & technology that will support the functional area
of Logistics (Warehousing and Transportation) processes for the
Americas Region (United States, Canada, Brazil and Mexico). This
position will be located in White Plains, NY.The main
accountabilities will be to understand business processes, identify
areas of improvement and challenges, translate them into technical
requirements and support the delivery of these needs using product
and agile methodologies. The product analyst is expected to provide
technical recommendations, detail the requirements, perform
hands-on configuration, testing, monitoring, and support of the
product. This role will also define the priorities based on
business value and collaborate with different teams, both internal
teams and external vendors, ensuring the respect of the committed
timelines and focusing on value creation.Main Responsibilities:
Business Strategy / Strategic Vision• Work with the business teams
to help define business value creating use cases leveraging
Logistics(Warehousing and Transportation) related softwares and
data technologies.• Understand the business needs, proactively
conduct exploratory and confirmatory analysis to identify product
opportunities and discover product insights.• Contribute to the
vision of the product, its definition, and the associated value and
identify requirements to generate value leveraging our Logistics IT
Technologies.• Support prioritization process, plans, and
communicate on the steps identified to deliver the product• Make
recommendations to build and sustain the backlog, arbitrating among
different needs and define the priorities to deliver scalable
capabilities• Ensure consistency between the needs of end-users and
stakeholders, as reflected in the vision of the product, its
delivery, and its deployment & adoption.• Analyze, Define and
design new functionalities to meet business requirements.• Define,
analyze, and validate key metrics to inform decision-making and
measure product success from a business and user perspective•
Collaborate with internal IT partners (Global teams, Agile, Data,
Infrastructure) and external vendors (contractors, Software
vendors) to co-create end-to-end functionalities in line with the
product visionProcess & Projects• Technology process and product:
Logistics(Warehousing, Shipping and Transportation), SAP MM/IM,SAP
WM, Warehouse Management Systems, 3PL EDI Integration, Analytics
technologies.• Agile frameworks and delivery modelsImpact on
Business Results• Contributes to business results by delivering
Logistics IT Technology Products with high value for the
organization, unlocking new capabilities and ensuring high quality
IT delivery.About youAbout You: • Bachelor's Degree within a
Business IT or Computer Science related discipline or equivalent
combination of education, training and experience is required• 3-5+
years of demonstrated experience delivering IT Logistics
technologies(i.e Technology related to Warehousing, Shipping,
Transportation, 3PL processes with EDI integration e.t.c)•
Demonstrated experience with multiple platforms (on-Premise and
SaaS), including SAP MM, IM, WM, 3PL EDI Integration and
Transportation Management Systems(TMS).• Experience in working for
factories and supply chain teams, understanding the sense of
urgency• Experience with Manufacturing environment is desired•
Experience working with Third Party Logistics(3PL) providers and
integrating them(WMS) to SAP• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
(servers, database, network) is desired• Experience with CPG and
working agile are desired• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a
plus• Any SAP certification (SAP MM IM WM etc) will be a

understood, structured, and detailed oriented profile• Experience
with Product and Agile Management methodology• User Experience /
Design Thinking / Data Visualization• Knowledge in Framework Scrum•
Ability to synthesize to write user stories• Knowledgeable about
user experience and value journey.• Business sense when discussing
demands with functions and technical knowledge when communicating
with IT squad.• Solid communication, influencing, collaboration and
negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with
internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional
environment• Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic
environmentThe base compensation range for this position is
$95-110K commensurate with experience. Danone North America
