Job Description *Installation Coordinator - White Plains, NY* Sila Services, LLC is a family owned and operated heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical corporation that is currently in growth mode. *Position Summary* The Installation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, warehouse, and the office. He/She is also responsible for uploading the installation schedule, material and labor allocation, and for invoicing every installation. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* * Coordinates installation appointments with customers and schedules * Maintains and updates installation schedule * Enters all work order and scheduling information into the customers file in CRM system * Communications with the team to ensure that everyone is informed of changes that affect installation schedules * Ensures all permitting is completed prior to the start of any work * Creates install packets with all pertinent information for clients * Communications schedule with warehouse staff to ensure proper material allocation * Reviews work order material and labor at completion of installation to prepare work order for invoicing and review * Checks complete jobs ensures costs are collected * Process all financing and rebate paperwork *Qualifications* 1. Educations and/or experience * Bachelor's Degree * Previous experience with scheduling appointment * Knowledge of the construction/HVAC industry a plus 2. Skills and Abilities * Must have knowledge of commercial jobsite safety rules and requirements * Must have a strong attention to detail * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must have a string understanding of mathematical concepts in algebra and geometry * Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team * Must have the ability to multi-task * Must have excellent customer service skills * Must have strong observation skills * Must have a good driving record * Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems *Perks and Benefits: * * Medical and dental benefits * 401k with company match * Short and long-term disability * We also offer opportunities for career growth and advancement.
