DescriptionKforce has a client in search of an ERM Senior Systems Analyst in White Plains, NY.Job Duties: Advise on system configurations, design, and architecture Work with Implementation Partner to interpret, craft, and gain approval of requirements and design of Physical, Unstructured, and Electronic records management processes and design Design solutions and participate in implementation; Vet and confirm solution design and delivery are complying to company standards Participate in pre-implementation activities with solution delivery partner and business stakeholders to drive optimal design and identify risks and potential drivers of effort and change to company ERM landscape Participate in design of data integration and architecture design Participate in authoring design documentation for ERM ecosystem of systems and integrations, meeting company information security and data privacy standards Collaborate with members of company IT who manage and support data platforms, security systems, and integration solutions to ensure secure and compliant design and delivery Actively listen to end-user/business problems and implement that information when creating solution plans for the ERM project Participate crafting of test strategy and planning and ensure comprehensive and complete testing execution Work with the project manager and company Quality Team to ensure that all 21 CFR Part 11 (GxP) computer systems validation documentation requirements are met Maintain domain-area documentation to ensure there is an ongoing, current source of truth for company application, integration, and architecture environment Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to ensure solution complies with technology, security, and integration standards; Assess and evaluate risk as required Maintain understanding of how individual work and decisions fit into the broader organizational pictureRequirements Strong Enterprise Records Management background; Preferred experience with OpenText Content Management Suite Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements related to public life sciences companies (21 CFR Part 11, SOX, HIPAA, GxP, etc.) is preferred Experience in managing stakeholder expectations Good communication skills and strong presentation skills Ability to engage with business leaders, recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation Strong skills in Visio and/or other documentation tools Knowledge of PLC (Program & Project Lifecycles Management) Strong relationship-building, strategic partnering, interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills Strong business acumen in Legal and Records Management processes and functions strongly preferred Proficient problem-solving skills Good scope management, portfolio and project management skills Ability to influence and manage cross-functional team in a matrix organization Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines Preferred - Proficient in architecting APIs and experience in designing integrations in a hybrid (cloud and on-prem) environment Preferred - Experience in Biotech IndustryKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
