The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and has experience working with medical data for payers and has strong Tableau and SAS skills. This is a remote position with as-needed travel to NY and Puerto Rico. Duties and Responsibilities Data management using Structured Query Language (SQL) from medical, pharmacy data sources and provider information, or other claims databases. Prepares reports in Tableau, MS Reporting Services or other reporting tools using technical, statistical and descriptive techniques. Compile and analyze department metrics for the preparation of Analytics Department Reports. Maintains accurate reporting of variances and trends with recommended adjustments to controls and models. Organizing data for the generation of analytical and statistical reports on strategy results. Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports. Generate routine and ad hoc reports, using appropriate techniques, software and displays suited for the intended audience and purpose.Skills and Requirements * 5+ Years Healthcare Experience * Bachelor's Degree - Advanced Degree preferred * SQL and Tableau experience, needs to able to use tableau to search dashboards and use SQL to pull the data behind it * Must have advanced Tableau skills * Must be skilled in working with SAS * Background in statistics and predictive modeling is preferred - future work would involve that * Ability to build dashboards * Payer side experience is important but will consider somebody outside of it if strong in the other skills. * Preferred to have at least worked with payer side data. * Preferred experience working with medical data * Personality and willingness to learn is important * End-to-End Visible Individual Contributor Discusses Project Scope with Clients Extracts, synthesizes and analyzes Data including predictive modeling (Logistic Regression) Present Results to the Clients * Strong interpersonal, communication and work ethic skills * Minimum supervision / Short Manager Path * Strong SQL, SAS (Purge/Merge, Model Estimation) and Tableau Skills * English / Spanish Bilingual If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
