  • Assist customer in ascertaining their automotive needs and advising them of repair options while assisting customer with any questions or concerns through the invoice process.
  • Consult with customer on applicable service specials.
  • Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians.
  • Document services declined and advise customer of current and future needs to their vehicle.
  • Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times.
  • Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with the customers.Requirements:- Previous experience as a Service Writer preferred or automotive experience.
    - Strong communication and customer service skills
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills- Monday-Friday 730am-5pm, rotating Saturdays
    - Proficient computer skills for creating work orders and maintaining records- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen
