We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Business Advisory Solutions department in our White Plains, NY office. Our firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for high performing professionals.

NOTE: This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Tax Closings, Compilations, Closing of Books, Reviews, and tax preparation for auto dealerships
• Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
• Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel
• Mentor and train lighter level staff
• Communicate with Manager, and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA or (in progress)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience gained within a public accounting firm required
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently, but also work well with others
  • Approaches projects with a sense of urgency
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of Axcess, Caseware, and Go File Room is a plus What we offer:

      For positions in White Plains, the salary range is $90,000 -- $170,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
