• Reconcile the payroll bank and payroll tax
  
• Supervise payroll staff, including payroll specialists and payroll consultants
  
• Capture bi-weekly payroll data, payroll accruals and payroll allocations
  
• Supervise the payroll team for payroll duties
  
• Developing payroll and payroll tax strategy and policy
  
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing
  
• Resolve payroll issues with employees
  
• Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
  
• Supervise the payroll processors in the payroll department
  
• Run weekly payroll reports from ADP
  
• Administer payroll processing, payroll system maintenance, and clerical duties related to payroll
  
• Review bi-weekly payroll for employees spanning multiple payroll companies
  
• Oversee the processing of payroll
  
• Transmit payroll to payroll provider in a timely manner
  
• Perform quarterly payroll tax reconciliations
  
• Reconcile payroll/tax account balances
  
• Create payroll processing schedules, checklist weekly to ensure a timely payroll
  
• Reconcile all employee payroll deductions
  
• Update employee information regarding payroll
  
• Resolve payroll issues as occur and perform payroll tasks
