Job Description:

Automotive Service Advisor needed for leading luxury dealership in Westchester County, NY. Must be a team player with a stable track record and someone who cares about taking care of customers. The successful candidate is an experienced automotive Service Writer with new-car dealership experience, looking for a long-term opportunity with a great company. It is important that this person hired is professional, articulate, and fabulous at working with higher end clientele to ensure that CSI is maintained and customer retention stays high! Experience on CDK and Xtime is a plus, but not mandatory. This is a great long-term opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to build a long-term home for themselves.
Requirements:

• 
  
• Excellent Customer Service skills and CSI
  
• Must be strong at upselling, while also doing right by the customer
  
• Must be professional and understand how to work with higher-end clientele
  
• Strong at writing repair orders
  
• Clear communication skills
  
• Must be a team player with a "can do" attitude
  
• Able to handle a fast paced environment
  
• Stable track record
  
  Compensation:
  
  • 
    
  • Compensation in the $85,000 - $125,000 range based on experience and performance.
    
  • Full benefits package will be provided
    
    Schedule:
