Project Overview Supports the Enterprise Data Governance Project and its aims to enable client to manage its "Data-As-An-Asset" and to continue to build the data management and quality program. This program will focus on enabling data stewardship, improving the quality of our data assets, increasing data security and protection, simplifying data integration, and establishing better audit trail on data usage at client. This program will continue to implement Data Governance & Data Integration tools and processes to provide data owners and data consumers the ability to provision and access high quality, well-governed data for their day-to-day operations. In addition, it will help establish a strong foundation upon which to build a world-class Data Analytics capability that turns data into business insights more efficiently and effectively. Responsible for ensuring the business and IT adhere to and maintain alignment to the Enterprise Data Governance's processes, rules Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring all business units adhere to and maintain alignment to the Enterprise Data Governance Program Define ownership and accountability of our critical data assets to ensure they are effectively managed and maintain integrity by Data Stewardships across Business Units. Conduct data discovery stakeholder interview and workshops to collect business data processes with business and IT stakeholders Identify data sets, develop data flows, understand data-related processes, and identify key data issues within business areas. Creation of Application Playback decks and Data Discovery report & presentation. Conduct Initial and ongoing onboarding and education of the members. Onboarding and operationalizing of Business Glossary into Collibra Data Governance tool. Planning and execution of monthly Data Governance Committee leadership meetings. Collaborate with Data Quality Led to integrate data gov solutions. Liaison with key stakeholders on ongoing DQ operations (Asset, CRM, etc.). Development and execution of Change Management plan for Data Governance project website.
