MINI of Westchester is looking for highly motivated MotoringAdvisors that have a "customer first" attitude! We are a member of the Ray Catena family of dealerships that offer only the BEST in Customer Service! You will be advising clients on New and Pre-Owned MINI's; you are responsible for the entire process from the initial greeting to the follow up after the customer has taken delivery of theirMINI Coopersand beyond! We offer a lucrative pay structure for both new and pre-owned including monthly bonus plans, benefits and 401K. Requirements:

• Auto sales experience orLuxury sales a PLUS!
• Excellent Communication skills including demonstrating the Highest Customer Satisfaction as we are consistently in the topfive nationally;
• Excellent Follow Up: before, during and after the sale;
• Cultivating all types of referrals, both in the dealership and outside;
• Highly Motivated individuals with a Great Attitude and Professional appearance; A Team player;
• Full knowledge and application of the entire sales process;
• Email and Internet experience; Dealer Computer System knowledge helpful (Reynolds & Reynolds)
