Your purpose in the role
To acquire and cultivate relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement, and luxury service. Reporting to the Sales Experience Manager you will be empowered to grow your business your way!

  • Cultivate your client relationship through personalized connection
  • Acquire and build a client base through forming relationships with new clients and retaining/building spend of existing clients
  • Strategize personal business plan and be self-motivated; to increase individual productivity through out-of-home base selling and client relationships
  • Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up
  • Use mobile devices and selling technology to communicate with clients and expand the business
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration
    What you will bring
    • Actively managing a client book totaling at least $2M selling across all categories
    • 3+ years' experience in luxury sales, with experience achieving sales targets, on a consistent basis
    • You can engage and build customer relations
    • Knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers, and products, and styling experience
    • Experience creatively solving problems and have a solution-focused attitude
    • You use data and analytics to help you understand your business and identify areas of opportunity
    • Proficient in social media strategies, tech-savvy, and an understanding of digital spaces
