OverviewResponsible for the overall administration of Amalgamated Lifes Stop Loss block of business; this includes installing new issues onto the Stop Loss Admin System, requesting and securing ongoing disclosure reports, processing claim payments, and commissioning payments.Responsibilities

  • Follow-up with Administrators in obtaining monthly Stop Loss reports.
  • Manage and distribute monthly disclosure reports for Stop Loss cases.
  • Organize and convert Excel claims and upload data onto Young System.
  • Key large claims and aggregate data in Young System.
  • Prepare monthly Stop Loss invoices and send to Client/Administrator.
  • Scan, copy, and file Stop Loss bills.
  • Update and distribute Stop Loss Monthly Reporting Log.
  • Distribute Stop Loss Claims to team.Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree desirable
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Good communication skills
    • Requires minimal supervision
