Symphony Wireless LLC Job Description: Acquisitions Advisor Reports to: SVP Sales Ops, Symphony Wireless The Company Symphony Wireless acquires, manages and leases tower, rooftop and other cell site interests located in urban, suburban and rural environments throughout the United States.Two things separate us from the rest: a long-term view and simple process. Our investments are made from a strategic, long-term, buy-and-hold perspective. This allows us to make a better offer to the marketplace and provide a better, more efficient acquisition process. The Opportunity Reporting to the SVP Sales Ops, this is a unique opportunity to be an Acquisitions Advisor for one of the key investment platforms for an entrepreneurial and innovative technology infrastructure investment organization. The Acquisitions Advisor will be a key member of a small, tight-knit team working closely with the SVP Sales Ops, to build a robust pipeline of cell-site lease acquisitions. This position will be responsible for generating leads and developing a substantial book of signed term sheets ("TS") and closed deals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Marketing and Lead Generation Work closely with the marketing, technology and pricing teams and plan, execute, monitor, and improve marketing and lead generation programs Origination Personally develop high value origination pipeline - assuring that all key high value opportunities are given their best opportunity to close Work closely with fellow team members and VP, Origination to master the origination skills necessary to perform, and to work continually to improve them Closing Work closely with the legal team to help bring all executed TS to a smooth and mutually satisfactory close Management and Reporting Scrupulous sales activity tracking and review Working closely with VP, Origination to help see and understand opportunities and dead-ends, adjust marketing strategies, and set and make aggressive sales targets Ideal Experience Symphony Wireless is looking for team members who will bring strong sales skills, personal commitment and focus, and dynamic, team friendly energy. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced sales professional with experience in financial and/or real-estate product sales. Direct cell site easement origination experience is a plus, but most important is a genuine psychological insight into customer motivation and the people skills to conduct a successful close of a sophisticated real-estate sale.
