Description: Our client, a successful hospital near White Plains, NY -, is currently seeking a Physical Therapy Technician!
This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, benefits, and paid time off!This position will work on the day shift. Please see below for more details on the role.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Position Summary: Assists in care and treatment of patients under the direct supervision of physical therapists, administers and monitors programs for infection control; performs tasks to maintain the department in a safe and orderly condition. -Essential Functions and Responsibilities Includes the Following: -
  
  • -Understands and adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors Assists the physical therapists in administering treatments, under their direct supervision. -
  • Obtains equipment, material, supplies, and positions them appropriately for use. -
  • Assists patients in ambulation when instructed by a therapist. -
  • Assists patients to dress, undress. -
  • Assists therapists to support, transfer, ambulate, and treat patients.
    
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • High school diploma -
