Req #: 20-09077Title: IT Digital Supply Chain Senior ConsultantLocation: Remote/White Plains, NY Type: 9-12 Month contract Client Industry: Food & BeverageSUMMARY We are looking for an IT Digital Supply Chain Senior Consultant with extensive experience in digital transformation of Supply chain processes and technologies. The candidate should have a strong knowledge in Planning / S&OP processes and Supply Chain in general. Ideally, candidates will have a broader knowledge in the full Design to Delivery process (including Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Innovation processes).As a must have, the candidate should have a strong expertise on the software vendors leading the Planning and S&OP areas and led multiple implementations on this domain. Having implemented technologies related to End to End Control tower enabling strong supply chain monitoring / simulation scenarios would also be ideal.ROLE AND ACCOUNTABILITY* Participate to the strategic roadmap development of the Digital capabilities across the company's Value Chain (Innovation, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain) in partnership with business partners and IT leadership Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms related to supply chain and provide the right guidance to the internal IT and business teams* Ability to become the trusted partner and advisor to all stakeholders in the North America Supply Chain by demonstrating deep domain knowledge in multiple processes and technologies.* Lead the development of to-be design at detailed level; incorporating best practices from a digital process and technology standpoint.* Manage project teams through all project phases (requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of projects)* Partner, collaborate with and coordinate Internal and External IT resources to ensure timely delivery of the different services are with company's North America IT Supply chain team* Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* 12 years of experience in an IT position (ERP / Supply chain / Data / Analytics systems), including a minimum of 2 years IT Senior Digital supply chain role.* Proven experience with Digital supply chain transformations through technology* Experience with Data supply chain transformations through technology* Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer or Data Science or related major is a plus* Project management (Waterfall and Agile Scrum Framework).* Experience working in Food and Beverage industry sector SKILLS* Strong knowledge in the overall supply chain processes, including Innovation, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Digital manufacturing with an expertise on Planning and S&OP* Know and understand the digital supply chain technologies available on the market to guide and provide recommendations* Detailed business analysis capabilities* Ability to translate business requirements into Technical solutions* Project management (Requirement gathering, Vendor selection, Fit gap analysis, Risk analysis, build, testing and training)* Vendor selection process (Technologies selections) through RFP* Vendor management (MSA, SOW, SLA)* Architecture design* Clear understanding of the SAP integration framework (Idocs, WebServices)* Knowledge on leading Digital broad Technologies like Augmented Reality, Robotics and RPA, AI etc. is a plus* Self-motivated and proactive* Perfect written and oral communication skills with both internal and external clients* Team collaboration* Ability to influence teams to design best approach using simplification and value generation mindset* Ability to lead, empower, and organize diverse stakeholders to achieve business results ContactZak HornungTechnical Recruiterzhornung@ascentsg.com**If this is not a fit for you or you are not interested, Ascent Services Group offers an excellent Referral Bonus!
