White Plains office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a product liability attorney with 1-4 years of defense litigation experience, specifically in the area of products liability. The candidate will interact and work on matters across the firm's footprint. Will handle assigned caseload both independently and with supervision. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, etc. Perform extensive research. Maintain an excellent relationship with clients, including complying with all client guidelines. Accurately record and maintain billable hours. Experience with depositions, court appearances, and motion practice is required. Experience with product liability claims and commercial practice groups is strongly preferred. Federal Court experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York.
