TRC's client, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a
Maintenance Technician to join their rapidly growing team!
The Stamping Technician is responsible for maintaining their
assigned stamping presses in a fast-paced production environment.
Mainly focusing on keeping the stamping presses and related
equipment functional and performing all required preventive
maintenance work on time.
E ssential Functions

Assures specific quality guidelines are met and, if necessary,
takes appropriate actions and measures to rectify quality
Maintains a safe and clean work area.
Keeps all assigned stamping presses in an operational and
Troubleshoots equipment issues, analyzes the issue, identifies
root cause and implements countermeasure.
Performs and document preventive maintenance duties.
Operates a transfer press and understand the related press,
transfer and auxiliary equipment controls.
Operates specific cranes needed to safely perform work
Operates industrial power truck needed to safety perform work
Trains less experienced technicians.
Responsible for reporting and/or repairing equipment
Loads and aligns blank stacks to de-stacker.
Follows all guidelines set forth in our 5s training.
Other duties and responsibilities can be assigned based on
company needs and skills level.

P h y sical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is
regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or
feel. The employee is frequently required to walk and stop, kneel,
crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or
balance and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or
move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position
operates in increased working temperature.
R equired Education and Experience
Vocational Degree in Industrial Systems Technology or similar
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
Extensive transfer press, un-coiler, de-stacker, and related
Experience with advanced die-protection techniques
