This is a key leadership role enabling Danone North America
strategy to ensure we continue to be the leader in healthy,
favorite, and sustainable food products by:
•Ensuring brand technical innovation is developed and new
products with points of differentiation are delivered to support
the values of unrivaled quality, creativity and innovation across
our product portfolio and categories.
•Mitigating input costs and enhancing margins through joined up
innovation and cost leadership programs.
•Advancing the business through brand stewardship for the
product and technical brand management excellence, ensuring all
aspects meet or exceed the quality, creative and product delivery

The Director of R&I for the Yogurt BU must have a strong
technical background, exemplary leadership skills and the
experience and ability to work cross functionally. This role is
accountable for the performance delivery of ingredient, product,
and process innovation including cross-functional planning across
multiple teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Packaging, Sales,
etc.). The leader will set the tone for creating possibilities, the
standards of technical excellence, commercial viability, and
quality. You are equally accountable for the transformation of the
function to become a robust high performing R&I team that
underpins and elevates the business unit and overall enterprise
You must have proven experience in influencing and supporting
executive level leaders and programs and equally able to roll up

of the categories, related experience in the manufacturing of
