and Summary Director, Global Product Management The Services team
and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing
cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and
Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and
Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile
sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse
global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism
agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and
telecom companies. We are seeking an experienced Director of
Product Management to join the Operational Insights (OI) Global
Product Management team. In this role, you will drive the product
vision, define business requirements for the innovation pillar, and
lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy. You will manage a
team of product managers focused on identifying white space
opportunities in card operations, while overseeing key activities
including product strategy, business requirements, pricing, and
sales and delivery enablement. This role partners closely with the
Global Product Management technical team to ensure product vision,
roadmap, and priorities are aligned with business strategy and
go-to-market execution. Product Managers in Services at Mastercard
• Build revolutionary products that advance how businesses all over
the world derive the most value from their data assets • Translate
a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions
that drive significant customer value • Balance the long-term
direction of a product with today’s needs and constraints by fully
understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts
of our products • Act as connectors to ensure the commercial
success of our products by working with Sales and Marketing while
ensuring technical success through close partnership with
Technology teams • Drive globally relevant solutions by
understanding regional needs and tradeoffs, and build scalable
products that serve an array of customer segments • Set product
direction with coordination, not isolation—considering how our
products all work together to serve customer needs Role • Drive the
Operational Insights (OI) strategy based on a deep understanding of
operations trends in card networks, payment processing, and
reconciliation. • Identify white space opportunities for
Operational Insights and new solution areas; translate business
needs, customer pain points, and market trends into actionable
product initiatives. • Engage directly with clients and partners to
validate needs, test concepts, and refine solutions. • Lead global
product management efforts, providing analytically driven input
into strategic business plans and product roadmaps. • Define and
own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics. • Partner
with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery,
working closely with product development and engineering. • Drive
the business strategy for the product, including customer impact
analysis, pricing, sales, and go-to-market plans. • Manage the
product P&L, including forecasting and budgeting discussions. •
Effectively communicate product strategy, priorities, and vision
across all organizational levels. • Build strong, collaborative
relationships with a diverse set of internal and external
stakeholders to achieve product goals. Basic Technical Skills •
Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture at a
conceptual level. • Comfortable writing basic SQL queries and
analyzing data to inform product decisions. • Experience
collaborating closely with engineering and technical teams. •
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS
products (nice to have). • Ability to engage in discussions on
technical feasibility, trade-offs, and dependencies. All About You
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering
successful products at scale. • Strong communication, storytelling,
and executive presence. • Experience in Agile product management,
ideally with analytical solutions in payments or financial
services. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple,
competing priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
experience; MBA preferred. • Demonstrated success in leading
end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives, with strong
prioritization skills. • Familiarity with Mastercard products &
services and revenue drivers (nice to have). Mastercard is a

that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate
will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for
an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base
salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including
but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part
