Mission Develop relationships with qualified international customers within thecountry/region, which result in the sales growth of Adecco's HR solutions. Therole holder defines sales plans and strategy for their client accounts toobtain profitable growth by implementing Adecco's group strategy. The roleholder will perform all prospecting, sales and customer service activities toincrease sales / profitability. Responsibilities * Monitors andanalyses international market (segment) developments, identifies internationalcommercial opportunities and priorities * Identify salesdevelopment opportunities; expand offerings into existing accounts andidentified prospects by having a high level of understanding of customer'sbusiness strategy, their requirements and the applicable Adecco group services * Identify andinfluence the value chain to C level and above: eg. HR, Procurement, OperationsDirectors, Other business people (executive level) * Find and buildcontacts at Global, Regional and Country level and building bridges between thebusiness. Create virtual teams and be part of them * Provide adviceat a senior level of key and strategic clients and uses experience to speak at internationalplatforms of the client * Initiates anddevelops new innovations and innovative integration of services and new typesof partnerships with clients * Develop andmaintain a sound sales plan and strategy for achieving the yearly targetthrough individual account plans and target solutions * Trackopportunity developments in the CRM system Salesforce.com * Work closelywith country sales directors or country managers, bid team, delivery team and technologypartners at all moments of the sales cycle to implement the Adecco groupstrategy * Provideexpertise during contract negotiations in International, regional and localnegotiations when necessary * Coordinate withall parties internal and external in the review of deals and contracts toestablish financial impact and cost, pricing, risk, and benefits * Able to transferto relevant account teams important information about client developments,contracts, implementation and agreed execution.
