We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team in our Westchester location. Madison Davis is an executive search and consulting firm specializing in the financial industry. Madison Davis specializes in placing professionals within a wide variety of industries such as Investment& Commercial Banking, Crypto & Blockchain, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Real Estate, Insurance, Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. At Madison Davis, we go above and beyond related to both outreach, and initial candidate vetting process to ensure the accuracy of talent backgrounds that correlates to each position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Source, engage and submit exceptional talent across all levels utilizing our extensive database, job boards, LinkedIn, and moreFacilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experienceMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviewsConduct comprehensive reference checksLead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree is requiredStaffing firm a MUST!!2-5 years of post-college experienceSales experience is a plusMust be internally motivated and driven to succeedStrong sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skillsProficient in analytical thinking and effective problem-solvingOutstanding communication and negotiation skills
