Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Associate Manager, HR TransformationPosition type: Contract Duration: 6+ Months Location: White Plains, NY (on-site)As a(n) Associate Manager, HR Transformation you will: This temporary role will support critical change management and organizational development for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in the Company's North America DNA region. A key enabler of our strategic plan these changes require a high degree of focus and change management across the organization. He/she will work closely with the core transformation team including business leader's transformation leads in the business and HR leads to support the design delivery and implementation of the various transformations within the US businesses. This includes ongoing evaluation of the organizational design modernizing business practices and working norms overseeing development of technology systems investments and shepherding implementation of other business investments.In this role you will be responsible for: Helping to support and manage a detailed master plan of activities tied to the strategic review of our Premium Dairy business to ensure work is on track across multiple project streamsSupporting the core transformation team on other transformation projects to deliver execution against objectives project milestones and deliverables while removing barrier and ensuring processes and activities are successfulPlay key role in tracking communications materials in partnership with HR business leads and communications teamSupport creation of Steering Committee materials mainly in PowerPoint and ExcelPartner with transformation teams and finance on cost tracking as neededLiaise with HR counterparts on various processes and administrative updatesImprove HR process efficiency helping to connect dots and peopleProblem solving issues and anticipating derailers The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree in HR Business or related fieldMinimum 4 years' experience in HR change management project management or consulting fieldStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent ability to collaborate work seamlessly across and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced complex matrix environmentA successful track-record of scoping solutions to complex ambiguous and challenging issuesStrong ability to work in an agile way adjusting priorities timelines as things change across the business and projectsSelf-motivated passionate about transformation intellectual curiosity and courage to challengeInnovative thinker change agent and foster continuous learningInclusive attitude and team player within and outside of the transformation teamSuperior experience with Excel PowerPoint and WordOrgVue experience a plus Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
