will provide expert guidance and analysis in support of our
compensation function. This role can potentially include analysis
and design of executive compensation, creation and deployment and
communication of compensation initiatives, and high-level analyses
of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives in order to
evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness. This
position will be responsible for ensuring compensation programs are
fair, equitable, and consistently administered. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and line
managers including executive leaders to determine compensation
related solutions; actively works to ensure compensation practices
are understood and supported, and align with business strategy.
Review proposed pay adjustments for conformity to established
guidelines, policies, and practices. Monitor and review the
effectiveness of existing compensation policies and programs and
work in conjunction with Managing Director to develop new
plans/strategy in support of company objectives. Audit job
descriptions for content and update/prepare job descriptions to
reflect rapidly changing lines of business. Assists in
administration of annual compensation review process, including
short and long term incentive calculations. Prepares analysis of
annual salary survey results for client group and recommends
compensation actions based on results. Partners with HR Business
Partner, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition team as needed. Serves as
a mentor to team members; proactively sharing knowledge, use of
tools, processes, and methodologies in complex research, data
collection, and analytics Ensure compliance with all regulations,
policies, and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: For this position, you must
have at least 8 years of experience as a compensation professional
with knowledge of current compensation practices and trends
including market analysis. Experience with executive compensation a
plus. Experience in financial services/banking industry preferred.
Experience working with WorkDay strongly preferred. Candidates with
advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's)
preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates
with some combination of coursework and experience, or else
extensive related professional experience, are eligible for
consideration. CCP preferred. Strong analytical and critical
thinking skills to analyze data, draw conclusions and create
presentable, understandable reports that will be used for executive
decision-making. Strong agility with numbers and highly
detail-oriented. Ability to take direction but also assertively
exercise independent thought and judgment. Ability to perform
multiple tasks within a fast-paced, team-oriented and lean
environment. The estimated salary range for this position is
$130,000 to $160,00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down
depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge,
skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is
eligible for incentive compensation.
