Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will play a vital role in
providing excellent experience and support to our corporate team
and will have the ability to source qualified candidates with a
passion to support our Life Science business on the West Coast.
This position can be fully remote in PST but preference is CA. This
position supports full-life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced
environment and has the ability to work autonomously, has effective
time management and can work with cross functional teams across
multiple time zones. Responsibilities: Research, identify and
submit qualified candidates to all assigned job openings and manage
recruiting needs Partner with hiring managers to determine needs
Post and update job descriptions on approved Job Boards, with
professional organizations, and in other position-appropriate
venues. Conduct pre-screening interviews, determine qualifications,
set up interviews, perform reference checks, negotiate offers and
prepare offer letters Use established and creative sourcing needs,
techniques and branding strategies to attract and cultivate diverse
talent and to provide exceptional candidate experience during the
recruiting process to ultimately close top candidates Establish and
develop rapport with candidates, Hiring Managers and Human Resource
Managers. Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking
System (iCIMS). Ensure consistent process management that balances
compliance, business need, and optimal candidate experience while
managing and achieving staffing goal Required skills: 5+ years of
corporate recruiting experience. College Degree (Bachelor's Degree
preferred). Preferred experience recruiting in Pharma, Life
Sciences, Healthcare or Medical Device. Exceptional oral, written,
and interpersonal communication skills. Technologically savvy, with
an excellent proficiency in Windows based and Microsoft
Technologies. Proficient in working with applicant tracking systems
and demonstrated ability in database management, record keeping,
and prior experience working with iCIMS is a plus. Prior experience
recruiting for non-exempt and exempt hires. Strong attention to
detail. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Possess
excellent follow up skills. Prior experience working in a high
volume recruiting environment. Ability to discuss and maintain
highly confidential information prevalent in human resources work.

Location: This position can be fully remote in PST but preference
