Job Description:
Job Description NY Enrichment Group is seeking a Full Time Human
Resources Coordinator to support our growth including both
divisions, NY Enrichment Group and National Enrichment Group. The
HR Coordinator will collaborate with our administrative team to
ensure compliance, quality, and organizational development. Our
human capital is our most vital resource, and this person will
further recruit, develop, support, and retain a diverse and
talented workforce who are the key to our organization---s success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Screen all applicants and determine
eligibility for employment Conduct all reference checks and execute
the employment process Facilitate Orientation and coordinate new
team member welcome and onboarding Leading training programs
focusing on human capital Conducting staffing assessment Developing
compensation structures Reviewing and developing safety and
workflow assessment and identifying liability concerns Oversee
compliance Managing the internal email interface and much more
QUALIFICATIONS Associates or bachelor---s degree in Human Resource
Management 3 years experience in Human Resources Experience
collaborating with community programs Strong organizational,
interpersonal, verbal and written skills HOURS, LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Location: 80% Remote with the ability to travel to locations within
the TriState Area Standard FT Work Week ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND NY
