As our Corporate Recruiter and trainer, you should be highly adept at full-cycle recruitment, and Training & Development in a fast-paced and high-volume startup atmosphere. You'll be responsible for working closely with company executives and department heads to determine areas for employee improvement, and driving a positive candidate experience for all applicants, whether interviewed or not.Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000Recruitment (80%):Partner with hiring managers to provide timely sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of candidates who meet the requirements and competencies of the company.Full life cycle recruiting - Consultative requisition kickoffs, market analysis for competitive advantage, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, etc.Identify, develop, and maintain a network of contacts and resources to generate qualified, diverse candidate pools for strategic needs in an effective manner.Affectively manage the applicant tracking system and compliance by maintaining accurate and concise records regarding the recruitment and selection process within our recruitment module.in partnership with Corporate Leadership plan, design and implement the company's externship/internship programs.Manage the candidate experience as he/she goes through the recruitment process. Ensure the most positive experience through the accuracy of information relayed and timely response to information requests.Direct decisions on final candidates and partner with the Vice President, Human Resources for final hiring decisions.Actively engage and initiate process improvements as needed.Interpret and leverage talent acquisition analytics to predict effective sourcing strategies, identify areas of focus and process inefficiencies for correction.Apply behavior and competency-based interview techniques to assess for knowledge, relevant skill sets and cultural fit.Prepare and provide talent acquisition key performance metrics as requested or provide ad-hoc reports as needed.Develop a network of industry contacts to share talent, market intelligence and share best practice recruiting methodology.Design and manage the company's internship/externship program.Travel up to 50% of the time during new startups.Assist with our ATS, iCIMS system maintenance. Other duties as assigned.Training (20%):Collaborate with Associate Director of Human Resources to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for existing employees. Tailor training style to the needs of the recipients.Maintain a database of training materials, company training matrix.ComplianceEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.Foster and represent dnata Catering Values and culture through effective application of policies and procedures.In partnership with corporate leadership, responsible for training management on the ATS processes and sourcing strategy used by talent acquisition stakeholders.Lead diversity in recruitment initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field of study; or equivalent experience.5+ years of progressively more responsible recruiting experience where sourcing is required, with at least 1 year specifically working in design or product recruiting in-house.3+ years of training experience is required. Experience recruiting direct line hospitality positions within a manufacturing setting and having strategic, consultative conversations with mid to senior level candidates.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.Multi-state experience in recruiting strongly preferred.Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.Hospitality recruiting experience a plus.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Prior experience implementing HR strategies and initiatives.Bilingual a plus.Knowledge of labor laws.Startup experience.Availability to travel as needed.
