This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from your home
office or any location of your choosing within the United
States.

About the roleWe are looking for a Restaurant Marketing Manager to
join our quickly-growing Restaurant team at Seated. You will
design, implement and scale effective marketing and enablement
strategies to help grow and retain Seated's restaurant base.
Working with our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing
and scaling our lead generation strategy and enabling our Sales
team to sell restaurants effectively. Working with our Account
Management team, you will be responsible for product marketing and
communications to our restaurant partners as well as enabling our
Account Managers to better retain and upsell restaurants.
What you'll doSales
- Develop Seated's brand positioning and voice in the restaurant
industry.
- Develop and grow a marketing strategy to drive restaurant
leads.
- Lead our outbound lead generation strategy, managing a
Restaurant Associate in the execution of cold outbound marketing
campaigns.
- Manage and grow our inbound restaurant leads across channels,
including channel partnerships.
- Build relationships with partners, affiliates, and agencies in
the restaurant space.
- Test paid and organic acquisition channels to drive restaurant
signups.
- Develop and execute a content strategy to establish Seated as a
thought leader in the industry.
- Build relationships with relevant publications, industry
leaders, and companies to drive restaurant awareness for
Seated.
- Own content development, including sales collateral, case
studies, and more for our sales team to enable them to effectively
sell restaurants as we grow.
Account Management
- Own all communications touchpoints with our restaurant
partners, from Onboarding to Retention.
- Develop a strategy to consistently communicate Seated's
benefits and value to restaurants.
- Lead the development and execution of targeted upsell
campaigns.
- Ensure our account management team is fully equipped with
enablement resources to help them upsell and retain restaurants,
from 1 pagers and email templates to new product feature
training.
- Work with our product and restaurant teams to ensure we are
effectively communicating the value of Seated to restaurants
through our product and automated communications.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years experience working in Marketing and/or Growth
positions
- Experience working at a company focused on selling to SMBs
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful
marketing campaigns
- Experience with lead management and enrichment platforms like
Clay, Instantly, Outreach
- Strong knowledge of Excel, SEO, web analytics, Google
Analytics, and CRM platforms like Mailchimp and Braze.
- Experience managing paid digital marketing channels (Facebook,
Instagram, etc.)
- Excellent writing abilities and experience developing and
managing a content strategy.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Impeccable communication skills and experience managing paid
and unpaid partnerships.
- Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry
preferred but not required.
