R0034120 The Customer Service Operations Associate ("CSOA"), a role
within the Onboarding Department, is responsible for expanding the
library of application questions in our proprietary system. These
are intended to streamline the process for submitting licensing
applications to various licensing agencies. The CSOA is responsible
to summarize the questions on the application form needed to
file/renew a particular license, and upload that information into
our internal database. CSOAs work closely with the team's Project
Managers to navigate through any issues that may arise during these
processes.Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Read and review questions on applications for license filings
with jurisdictions and create succinct summary-style questions that
capture the relevant need
- Ability to work with various internal documents to ensure
details are correct without becoming confused or overwhelmed
- Work with Project Managers and Research Analysts to resolve any
issues preventing MFRs to be completed
- Update internal database with summarized questions and response
options
- Demonstrate diligence with respect to follow ups to complete
all tasks assignedJob QualificationsEducation: Minimum Bachelor's
degree, or equivalentOther Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or
Certifications:
- Excellent grammar with English language
- Critical Analysis Skills to be able to quickly read and
understand what you are reading, and then cohesively summarize that
content
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with
colleagues and clients
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, multi-task and
prioritize work at all times
- Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal and
written) skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding skills using personal computers in a Windows-based
environment (including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF)
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and
consistency
- Top of the line organization skills in all facets of project
workflow
- Collaborative, problem-solving approach to improve department
performance and address challenges
- Ability to maintain a customer centric focus and work ethic at
all times
- High energy, positive mindset with ability to see barriers as a
