Employment Type: Per Diem - Coverage area: Lower Bucks, Eastern
Montgomery, Northeast Philadelphia May be asked to help in other
territories within facility's service area as needed which is about
a 60 mile radius from the Facility address - Hospice experience
required Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits - HomeCare
HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp
at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing
to train. - 1 year of hospice RN experience needed
