Job Description:
Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a
dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate
team, committed to providing the highest standard of care. The
ideal candidate will support our mission to deliver personalized
health treatments and ensure a comfortable, safe environment for
our residents. This role involves working closely under the
supervision of Registered Nurses and doctors, administering
medications, and contributing to patient care plans. Monitor
patient health and document their medical history. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed. Coordinate with
healthcare providers to assess, implement, and evaluate patient
care plans. Provide basic patient care and treatments, like
dressing wounds and administering injections. Educate patients and
their families on health conditions and proper care. Ensure the
comfort and safety of patients at all times. Strong practical
nursing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations professionally.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in administering
treatments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of
practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is preferred.
