Job Description Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem
Sonography Technologist for the Radiology Department at Overlook
Medical Center. Department needs a candidate that can work varied
shifts, including weekends and on call. Job Functions: - Qualified
candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations utilizing
state of the art GE equipment & Siemens equipment. - Candidate is
required to perform general ultrasound, paracentesis,
thoracentesis, biopsies, small parts, breast, OB, pelvic and
vascular exams. Qualifications/Requirements: - Effective
communications skills and the ability to work well as a team player
- Applicant must be comfortable performing exams in an outpatient
as well as inpatient and emergency department setting Minimum
Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required Education:
- Graduate of Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
License/Certification: - ARDMS required Relevant Experience: - The
ideal candidate should have 2 years’ experience preferred LI-am1
