This is a collaborative, well-run clinical environmentnot a churn-and-burn agency. What Youll Do Provide developmentally appropriate PT services to children ages birth3 Conduct evaluations and ongoing treatment plans Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, ABA providers, teachers, and service coordinators Participate in IFSP goal development and progress documentation Work in a center-based setting , with optional home/community sessions What Were Looking For NYS-licensed Physical Therapist Experience in Early Intervention or pediatrics preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric interest) Solid clinical judgment and documentation skills Warm, calm, child-centered approach with families Reliability, professionalism, and common sense (rare but valued) What We Offer Competitive compensation (W-2 or 1099 options available) Flexible scheduling Consistent caseloads (no scrambling for hours) Strong administrative and clinical support Positive, respectful work cultureno chaos, no nonsense Why Work With Us We value clinicians.
