below. Title: Phlebotomist I Location: 160 Middle Rd, Sayville NY
11782 Contract Duration: 3 months. Hrs/Wk: 40.00hrs Pay Rate: $18/
Hr to $21.00/ Hr on W2. Required Education: High school diploma or
equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic
training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in
California, Nevada, and Washington. Work Experience: Three years
phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric
and capillary collections. Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service
Center environment preferred. Customer service in a retail or
service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Additional Job Details: Must be able to use a straight needle.-
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability. State of
Credentials Licenses Required: NO Shift/Time Zone: Monday-
Alternating week schedule A schedule: M-F 7:30am-3pm, Sat 7am-12pm
B schedule: M-F 7am-3pm
