Job Title: Primary Care Physician [Spanish Required] Location: Parkchester Center - 1317 Castle Hill Ave Bronx, NY 10462 Role Overview: The role of a Primary Care Physician within our organization is to deliver equitable and effective value-based healthcare to local Medicare patients at our innovative neighborhood primary care centers. Our physicians work within a single medical facility, supported by extensive care teams, allowing them to concentrate on enhancing the quality of care rather than merely increasing the volume of services provided. Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director role. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients at our local clinics. Oversee and manage primary care services. Prescribe and administer medications and treatments. Maintain patient electronic medical records using Canopy and Greenway. Collaborate with regional and central leadership to achieve health quality objectives. Work alongside Practice Managers to lead and manage the center's care team. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board eligible). Active, unrestricted State License without probation. Current DEA license. Authorization to work in the U.S. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in Geriatrics. Experience working with geriatric populations. Familiarity with a Value-Based Healthcare Model. Experience in collaborative environments to ensure positive health outcomes. Background in outpatient primary care settings. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full-time Compensation Range: The expected pay range for this position is: $174,070.00 - $374,920.00 This range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job grade. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including experience, education, location, and other relevant considerations. Our workforce drives our future.
