Multiple positions available Job Summary We are actively hiring
Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for multiple
healthcare settings across all five boroughs of New York City.
Opportunities are available in hospitals, outpatient clinics,
skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care environments. These
roles are well suited for licensed therapists seeking flexible
scheduling, consistent work, and the opportunity to treat diverse
patient populations. Full-time, part-time, and per diem options are
available depending on setting and availability. Position

Multiple roles available Responsibilities Evaluate patients and
develop individualized treatment plans Provide physical or
occupational therapy services in accordance with clinical protocols
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
goals Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and
functional strategies Requirements Active New York State license as
a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Experience in
hospital, outpatient, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings
preferred Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
