contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Hartsdale,
New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MRI
Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration:
13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment
Type: Local Contract Our client is looking to hire a MRI Tech to
join their team at a medical center in New York. This is a
temp-to-perm role, and they are open to new grads! Job Function: /n
- Day Shift. /n - 8am-4:30pm. /n - Perform MRI scans in accordance
with physician orders, safety protocols, and established imaging
procedures. /n /n - Prepare and position patients for MRI exams,
explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety throughout
the scan. /n /n - Screen patients for contraindications (e.g.,
metal implants, devices) and maintain strict MRI safety standards.
/n /n - Operate and maintain MRI equipment, troubleshoot basic
technical issues, and ensure image quality meets diagnostic
standards. /n /n - Accurately document procedures, patient
information, and imaging results in the electronic medical record
system. /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n - 2 years of experience as a
MRI. /n /n - ARRT (R)(M) certification required. /n /n - Active
state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology. /n /n - BLS
certification required. /n /n - Active New York State Department of
